When a person is looking for assistance when filing an application with Arizona Long Term Care Systems (ALTCS) the first place they go to is a law firm.
Why is this not the best choice? Most law firms are not familiar with Medicaid rules or in Arizona ALTCS. If they are an Estate Planning Law Firm they are good for Trusts and documents. You probably have those documents already so what you need if you are going the attorney route is an Elder Law Attorney.
Paid representative (fee for service) such as Patricia are well versed with ALTCS and can qualify someone as well as an Elder Law Attorney without the cost the law firms charge.
Check around first before you make those costly decisions.
